Coldep and NSI: a strategic partnership to accelerate VAL technology

We are pleased to announce that Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI), a subsidiary of the Saur Group, is taking a majority stake in Coldep.

Why it's important

— This operation allows NSI to strengthen its presence in the aquaculture, emerging pollutants and water treatment market.
— For Coldep, this is an opportunity to accelerate the scaling up of its patented Vacuum Air Lift (VAL) technology: aquaculture, industrial effluents, desalination pre-treatment, micropollutants/PFAS.
